The City of Tallapoosa has tentatively adopted a 2026 millage rate which will require an increase in property tax by 45.18 percent.
All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearing on the tax increase to be held at Tallapoosa City Hall, 25 E Alabama Street, Tallapoosa, GA 30176 on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
