The City of Tallapoosa will be accepting bids for the remodeling of several rooms at the Tallapoosa Civic and Cultural Arts Center on Robertson Avenue.
Proposal must include:

1. 1. Demo existing interior walls and ceilings.
   2. Box and insulate above windows.
   3. Fur out walls and ceilings where needed for a smooth finish.
   4. Sheetrock walls and ceilings, mud, tape and finish all sheetrock.
   5. Trim base, ceilings, windows, and doors.
   6. Paint walls and ceilings with one coat of primer and two coats of finish.
   7. Clean up all debris.
