Application for Commercial Building Permit

SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HEATING, VENTILATING OR AIR-CONDITIONING. The building permit is valid for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, after 12 months it becomes null and void. If construction is not complete as of this date, a new permit, fees determined as then currently calculated, must be purchased to receive a Certificate of Occupancy or complete the project. This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within six (6) months OR if construction or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of six (6) months at any time after work is begun.
