Zoo Atlanta
What can you get?
Free admission for three to Zoo Atlanta.
How?
Check out the Atlanta Zoo Family Pass DVD from your library, watch it, and return it. You’ll receive a family pass to regular admission Monday through Friday. The pass is good for 28 days from the return of the DVD.
Note: This is a very popular program and the DVD is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest you call your library before coming to check it out.

The Michael C. Carlos Pass is unavailable until further notice. The Museum and Georgia libraries are long-time friends, and had to make some hard decisions during the COVID-19 crisis. Don’t worry, the Library Pass will be back before you know it!
FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY BOOK STORE
The Friends of the Tallapoosa Public Library operate a discount book store two days a week staffed by volunteers; every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm; and on Saturday’s from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The book store is closed in July. The discount used book store donates 100% of revenue towards the operation of the Tallapoosa Public Library – helping to buy books and other supplies. The book store contains thousands of books – both paperback and hard cover – from antique books to modern romance novels. All books are priced from a dime (10 cents) to a dollar. All are welcome to visit, browse and buy! The Friends of the Library Book Store is located in the Tallapoosa Civic and Cultural Arts Center; 245 Robertson Avenue, Tallapoosa, Georgia.
