The Mayor and City Council of Tallapoosa shall hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm, Monday, October 16, 2023 in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

Tax Map 34A, parcel number 76A and 77: RM, Single family residential manufactured home
Rezoning request is from property owner Jesses Robert Williams. The two parcels contain approximately 2.34 acres of land, and are currently used as pasture land. There were previously homes on them, and they have assigned street numbers (34a, #76a: 492 West Atlanta Street; 34A #77: 512 West Atlanta Street)
PURPOSE: To allow for a manufactured home to be installed on the two parcels. The property owner is in the process of having the two lots combined.
The Tallapoosa Planning Commission shall conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. All interested citizens are invited to attend and give their input.
